Partners

Engineering capacity behind your deal.

You are not here for a discovery call. You are here to find out whether KEOS can staff an engagement, on your dates, with engineers who make what you deliver valuable to the account.

Track record

Splunk has white-labeled KEOS for over ten years.

For a decade Splunk has subcontracted KEOS engineers to deliver services to Splunk's own customers, under Splunk's own brand.

As Splunk sales opportunities move from Splunk direct to Cisco resellers, KEOS continues to provide the same successful services. Pre-sales and Post-sales. This is the arrangement KEOS has operated under, at scale, for over a decade.

The CONCERNS you MIGHT have

Will KEOS steal my customer?

No. KEOS never has, and never will.

Not just as a matter of good manners — as a matter of arithmetic. KEOS does not sell product. KEOS does not have managed services. KEOS does not have a sales organization. KEOS is a Cisco NON-resell partner. The money KEOS earns is from technical services enabling Cisco and Cisco's partners to be successful.

Who else is offering you engineers

A reseller cannot be your delivery partner.

Outside of KEOS, all other 3rd party Splunk technical resources come from companies who also sell Splunk products. They compete with you. They are 3rd parties who have varying levels of Splunk expertise, so that they too can sell Splunk products to your customer. It is not wise to have two cooks in the kitchen. Someone always gets burned.

KEOS has heard the horror stories. Partners who brought in a reseller to deliver services, only to watch that reseller end up owning the account. Anyone who has been in this channel long enough has their own version of this issue.

No amount of legal paperwork can prevent a motivated 3rd party from stealing your account. You can paper over it with a non-compete and learn the hard way. Or avoid it altogether.

KEOS is not a reseller and never has been. There is no catalog, no quota, and no account team. Services are the entire company, which is why the only growth available to KEOS is partnering with you to make your customers happy.

What you get

Certified engineers, on your paper or on KEOS paper.

Certifications

200+ active

Over 200 active Splunk certifications across the team. Everyone at KEOS holds the highest level of Splunk technical certification — not just the leads.

Standing

Elite partner, #1 by revenue

Elite status in Splunk Partnerverse — the top tier of the program — and Splunk's largest professional services partner in the US by revenue generated, multiple years running.

Neutrality

No product margin

KEOS takes no margin on hardware or software, and is not competing with you on the sale, because KEOS is not in it.

Bench depth

The largest Splunk-certified bench in the US

Which is the practical reason KEOS can handle your engagement without running out of resources.

Sectors

Commercial, Federal, and SLED

KEOS delivers across all three. If your deal is public sector, the requirements around it are not new to KEOS.

Account ownership

The account stays yours

Status reports, billing, and every sales conversation run through you. KEOS does not open a second channel to your customer.

Vendor access

A short path into Splunk

Over ten years of delivering under Splunk's own brand means KEOS knows where the answers live when a problem outruns the documentation.

How to engage KEOS.

There are five engagement styles — project work, staff augmentation, workshops, health checks, and a retained expert on call. KEOS is comfortable delivering all five white-labeled service types under your brand or openly as KEOS, whichever suits the account better.
