Contact

Two routes, because you want two different things.

Provide as much detail as possible, so that the first KEOS reply is technically valuable rather than a request for a meeting to gather the same information.

Route 01 / End customers

Scope an engagement

Tell KEOS the environment and the objective. KEOS will come back with a scope for the required work.

What product(s) is this about?
The outcome, not the task. “Pass an audit in March,” “cut ingest cost by a third,” “stop paging on-call for nothing.”
Products, rough scale, deployment model, and how long it has been in place. Approximate is fine.
Route 02 / Resellers & integrators

Check bench capacity

A capacity question gets a capacity answer — yes, no, or yes with a date. KEOS responds to new discovery requests within 24 hours.

Skills needed
What the customer is buying, roughly what the engineering effort looks like, and how firm the scope is. No customer name needed at this stage.
