Partners

Engineering capacity behind your deal.

You are not here for a discovery call. You are here to find out whether we can staff an engagement, on your dates, with engineers who make what you deliver worth more to the account.

Track record

Splunk has white-labeled us for ten years.

For a decade Splunk has subcontracted our engineers to deliver services to Splunk's own customers, under Splunk's brand rather than ours.

Which means working behind a partner's brand is not a favor we are learning to do for you. It is the arrangement we have operated under, at scale, with the vendor itself.

The question you actually have

Will you go around us to our customer?

No. We never have, and we never will.

Not just as a matter of good manners — as a matter of arithmetic. We sell no product and run no sales organization. Every dollar we earn is engineering hours, and partners are where those hours come from. Going direct would win one engagement and cost us the relationships that produce a steady stream of them.

Who else is offering you engineers

A reseller cannot be your delivery partner.

Most other Splunk technical resources offered to Cisco partners come from other resellers. It is worth being clear about what that arrangement actually is: you are introducing a competitor to your customer and asking them to behave.

We have heard the horror stories. Partners who brought in a reseller to deliver, and watched that reseller end up owning the account. Anyone who has been in this channel long enough has their own version of it.

No contract fixes an incentive. You can paper over it with a non-compete and still spend the engagement watching your own subcontractor.

We are not a reseller and never have been. There is no catalog, no quota, and no account team. Services are the entire company, which is why the only growth available to us is the kind you control — being asked back on the next one.

What you get

Certified engineers, on your paper or ours.

Certifications

200+ active

Over 200 active Splunk certifications across the team. Everyone at Keos holds the highest level of Splunk technical certification — not just the leads.

Standing

Elite partner, #1 by revenue

Elite status in Splunk Partnerverse — the top tier of the program — and Splunk's largest professional services partner in the US by revenue generated, multiple years running.

Neutrality

No product margin

We take no margin on hardware or licenses. We are not competing with you on the sale, because we are not in it.

Bench depth

The largest Splunk-certified bench in the US

Which is the practical reason we can take your engagement without asking you to wait for someone to come free.

Sectors

Commercial, Federal, and SLED

We deliver across all three. If your deal is public sector, the requirements around it are not new to us.

Account ownership

The account stays yours

Status reports, billing, and every sales conversation run through you. We do not open a second channel to your customer, and there is nothing in how we work that would give them a reason to look for one.

Vendor access

A short path into Splunk

Ten years of delivering under Splunk's own brand means we know where the answers live when a problem outruns the documentation.

How we can be engaged.

There are five engagement styles — project work, staff augmentation, workshops, health checks, and a retained expert on call. We are comfortable delivering all five white-labeled under your brand or openly as Keos, whichever suits the account better.

The one thing we will not do is misrepresent who did the engineering if a customer asks us directly. Every partner we have kept has been fine with that distinction, and it is worth saying before an engagement rather than during one.
